The good things come to those who wait, and we finally know the release dates for Wes Anderson’s latest work. The film is scheduled to be released in cinemas on 21 June 2023, but before that it will compete for the Palme d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival, where it is part of the official selection of the 76th edition.

Anderson’s visual style has not changed and his aesthetic and colour are unmistakable. On this occasion, he is once again embarking on a crazy comedy that will undoubtedly be a new success. The spectacular cast includes Adrien Brody, Willem Dafoe, Edward Norton, Margot Robbie, Tom Hanks, Steve Carell and Scarlett Johansson among others.
We were lucky enough to participate in this project which was filmed in Chinchón, Spain. Shoes were handcrafted and custom-made for several of the main characters. The ones shown above, by Tom Hanks, were later signed by the actor and the director. We are very grateful for this detail, and it has been a pleasure to work with them.
