In this new film, Lopez plays the mother character, a former soldier and assassin held in a safe house by FBI agents who interrogate her about her two ex-boyfriends, the evil arms dealers Adrian Lovell (Joseph Fiennes) and Hector Alvarez (Gael Garcia Bernal).
