This exclusive first look reveals not only the painstaking historical recreation of the film, but also the powerful narrative that promises to captivate audiences.
The images showcase the meticulous attention to detail in the setting and the intensity of the performances, anticipating a profound and moving cinematic experience.
Based on the book “The Nazi and the Psychiatrist” by Jack El-Hai, “Nuremberg” tells the story of Lieutenant Colonel Douglas Kelley’s interactions with Nazi criminals on trial at the end of the war. In addition to Hermann Göring and Robert Ley, Kelley was the first Allied psychiatrist to evaluate Nazi leaders such as Rudolf Hess, Julius Streicher and Karl Dönitz.
Although the Nuremberg trials have been adapted to film before-notably in Stanley Kramer’s 1961 epic, “The Nuremberg Trial”-Kelley’s particular perspective on what he witnessed has been largely ignored.
