We have donated some of the costume pieces from our stock that belonged to the actress Catalina Bárcena to the Museo Nacional del Teatro de Almagro. We are sure that this contribution will enrich the national historical heritage and will favour access to culture for the general public. The Spanish actress Catalina Bárcena, together with Margarita Xirgu and María Guerrero, formed part of the most important group of actresses in the history of Spanish theatre. After the outbreak of the Civil War in 1936 and her subsequent exile Catalina was somewhat forgotten.
