Le Comte de Monte-Cristo arrives at the Cannes Film Festival

We have seen many versions of the Count of Monte Cristo , in 1934, 1954, 1975, 2002 and some 15 other recreations . Now we have the latest, the lavish French production on screen, Le Comte de Monte-Cristo, which had its world premiere as part of the Cannes Film Festival in the out-of-competition section before an audience that more than approved at the Grand Lumiere, an appropriate place to present this film, as the screen could be the best in the world, and this production deserves it.

Costume designer: Thierry Delettre

The protagonist begins to plan his revenge against those who wronged him, he comes up with terribly ingenious ideas to carry out his initiative. Actor Pierre Niney in the lead role of this adaptation convinces and gives personality to his character.
After the Cannes Film Festival, where it will be presented in the out-of-competition section, it will be released in theaters on June 28th.
