Disney+ will soon release “La Suerte”, a comedy directed by Paco Plaza (Verónica, REC) and Pablo Guerrero that brings together big names in film and television. The project, with costumes designed by the renowned costume designer Vinyet Escobar, has counted on Peris Costumes to give life to its characters, a real creative challenge that we have faced with pride.
The story follows David (played by Ricardo Gómez), a shy cab driver who unexpectedly becomes the driver of the Maestro (Óscar Jaenada), an aging bullfighting star who is looking to regain his prestige. They are joined in the cast by Almudena Cid and Óscar Higueras, completing a luxury cast.
The costumes have played a key role in the construction of the atmosphere and in the definition of such contrasting characters as the humble cab driver and the charismatic bullfighter, reflecting their opposing worlds and the evolution of their relationship.
