Nominees Announced for the 2nd Edition of the Yvonne Blake Awards

The 2nd Edition of the Yvonne Blake Awards was presented at La Casa de la Panadería in Madrid, celebrating the creativity, talent, and legacy of costume designers
— key figures in film, television, and the performing arts.

As the Global Partner, Peris Costumes proudly supports this initiative that shines a light on the artistry behind costume design, while inspiring new generations and emerging talent.

The award ceremony will take place on November 11th, 2025, at Cine Capitol Madrid, with the red carpet at 6:30 PM and the main gala at 8:00 PM, hosted by Cristina Rodríguez and actress Carmen Ruiz.

Among the nominees are some of the most talented designers working today across film, series, theatre, dance, and opera. The European Award for

Best Costume Design in a Feature Film, sponsored by Peris Costumes, highlights outstanding international work in costume design.

The City of Madrid Honorary Award will recognize the remarkable career of Pedro Moreno, a master of theatrical and film costume in Spain.
In addition, the AAPEE will grant a Special International Mention to Critical Costume, a global research platform dedicated to the study of costume in culture and history.
