The Spanish series “La Favorita 1922”, with costumes designed by renowned costume designer Pepo Ruiz Dorado, has been pre-sold in more than 20 territories in Europe and America. Its selection by the PBS Walter Presents streaming service for the U.S. and Canada stands out, consolidating its international projection.
The announcement, made by Grupo Mediterráneo Mediaset España, was made shortly before the premiere of the series on March 17 on Telecinco, and just days before its presentation at the Series Mania Forum (March 24-27), where it is shaping up to be one of the top-selling titles.
In its global expansion, “La Favorita 1922” has secured distribution in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay through Flow (Telecom Argentina) and has closed deals with Belgium (Proximus), Lithuania (Lithuanian National Radio and TV) and Poland, a key market in Europe.
