The Movistar Plus+ platform launches the teaser of its new series “Marbella”, starring Hugo Silva.
A new fiction from the creators of “La Unidad” that focuses on the criminal gangs operating on the Costa del Sol.
Starring actor Hugo Silva who plays a successful lawyer living in Marbella, a city that calls the UN of organised crime.

There will be six episodes that Movistar Plus+ will premiere in April, as announced when the first images of the series were released. For the filming, locations were selected in Marbella, Cádiz and Gran Canaria.
It is based on an investigative report published in 2021 in the newspaper “El País” by Arturo Lezcano and Nacho Carretero, the latter author of the well-known book ‘Fariña’, which was later turned into a series.
Created by Dani de la Torre (director) and Alberto Marini (scriptwriter), responsible for “La Unidad”, a project that delves into the world of criminal gangs on the Costa del Sol.
