Netflix series The Witness has wrapped filming, which took place in England and Spain. Starring Jordan Bolger (This Town) and Max Fincham (Invasion), the production tells the shocking true story of the 1992 murder of Rachel Nickell, a crime that shocked the UK.
The series will explore the aftermath of this tragedy, from the wrongful conviction of an innocent man to the long search for the real culprit, who was caught more than 15 years later. At the centre of the story is André Hanscombe, who had to raise his son alone after the loss of Rachel.
The costumes for the series have been designed by Mekel Bailey (Baby Reindeer), bringing authenticity and detail to this production based on true events. At Peris Costumes we are very proud to participate in this project with our costumes.
The shooting has been completed, and we hope to see soon the first images of this long-awaited production.
