The designer Kenzo Tazada, founder of Kenzo brand died this Sunday at the age of 81 due to a COVID19 complication.

The stylist popularized the graphic and floral prints that still today define the identity of the brand, queen of a colorful and urban style. The company is directed since July 2019 by the Portuguese designer Felipe Oliveira Baptista.
Kenzo will be remembered for his great energy and talent through his creations. His colorful prints, his multicultural spirit and a certain joy that he introduced into fashion with his magnificent shows continue to set an example for new designers.
Last year he celebrated his 80th birthday in Paris with a party where the dress code was to go gold, and where he showed his desire to enjoy life. Bon voyage Maestro, we will always remember him through his “almost eight thousand designs” and his way of celebrating fashion.
