Madrid was the city chosen for the shooting for the series “In from the cold”.

The Netflix series ‘In from the cold’, produced in Spain by Fresco Films Services, has been shot entirely in the capital.

The showrunner of the series, Adam Glass, made a clear declaration of cinematic love to Madrid, reflecting not only the most famous places but also the most authentic DNA of the city.

The list of locations chosen is long. From typical places such as Gran Vía, Plaza Mayor, El Retiro, Alcalá or La Cibeles to less recognisable places such as the ground floor of Argüelles, the churches Nuestra Señora Asunción Brunete or San Antonio de los Alemanes. The series shows marvellous panoramic views of the city recorded from the rooftops of the Centro Colón and the terrace of the Círculo de Bellas Artes and is also set in the Lázaro Galdeano Museum, the Fernán Núñez Palace.
